What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. We provide a paper bag of fresh local ingredients — farm-fresh eggs, fresh bread and pastries, seasonal fruit, and coffee and tea — so you can prepare breakfast whenever you like, at your own pace.
Is parking available?
Free street parking is available on the surrounding streets. Parking on our own street is metered during the day and free overnight.
Do you offer WiFi?
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted on the premises. Certified service animals are always welcome — please let us know in advance.
Can I smoke at the property?
La Maison du Mile-End is a strictly non-smoking establishment, indoors and in all common areas. A cleaning fee applies to smoking in non-designated areas.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 60 days or more before arrival are fully refunded. Within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the total is charged; within 14 days of arrival, the full reservation amount is charged. Requests must be sent in writing to info@maisonmileend.ca.
What languages do you speak?
Our hosts welcome guests in French and English.
